Meirion Anderson, Aberley (Morning Chair)

Meirion founded Aberley over 20 years ago and has developed and delivered innovative workplace solutions to a number of blue-chip clients; advised organisations on business and property strategy, assisted with marketing, facilitated business planning and consulted on project specific issues. Key to this has been the development of capturing, analysing and reporting on utilisation of organisations assets.

Mbali Chaise, iPWC and Coventry University (Afternoon Chair)

Mbali is a polymath with an unwavering passion for people, evident in every facet of her work. As a workplace consultant, change facilitator and coach, her expertise shines through, offering invaluable insights and guidance providing a unique perspective to drive transformational change. Her mission is to empower individuals to thrive in their work by creating dynamic and empowering environments while also prioritising leadership development and well-being in the workplace. Chris Kane, EverythingOmni

Chris Kane has worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector for over 30 years, having operated as the Vice President of International Corporate Real Estate for The Walt Disney Company, before acting as Head of Corporate Real Estate at the BBC, where he was responsible for the creation of MediaCityUK in Salford and oversaw the £1bn development of Broadcasting House, as well as the inception of White City innovation/creative quarter in West London.

Chris is a founding member and director of EverythingOmni, a global advisory, advocacy and thought leadership group, focused on workplace development and innovation. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Elstree Film & TV Studios and Ashford St. Peter’s NHS Trust.

Jennifer Bryan, ABChange Consultancy

Jennifer Bryan is Managing Director of Change and Leadership, a published author, and TEDx Speaker, who has worked with over 40 different organisations across multiple industries, sectors and the globe. She is also Vice President of the ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals) UK Chapter.

She believes in helping people – in whatever capacity she can – by making sure people are thought of first, last and throughout change projects and programmes.

She has created a unique leading change framework, the ABChange Model, which is shared in the book, “Leading People in Change: A Practical Guide,” along with multiple case studies when it has been used. In the book, “Managing Change During Unprecedented Times” she co-wrote the chapter ‘Leading Change in an Unpredictable World’ with the world renownedJohn Higgins.  She has also been a regular writer for “Workplace Insight Magazine” and has been interviewed on multiple industry podcasts.

Nigel Oseland, Workplace Unlimited

Nigel is an environmental psychologist, workplace strategist, change manager, researcher, author and international speaker. Nigel works with his clients to redefine their workstyles and create cost-effective and space-efficient workplaces that enhance concentration, collaboration, creativity and business performance.

Where appropriate he helps design and implement sustainable agile working environments. Nigel’s approach to consulting is to apply his knowledge, obtained through both academic research and practical experience, to workplace strategy and design.

He is a firm believer in evidence based design and delivering unique workplaces that support the occupying business. As a psychologist he campaigns for workplaces that cater for all personality types.

Nigel’s latest book, “The Workplace Zoo: Humanising the Office” was published in autumn 2021. His next book, “A Practical Guide to Post-Occupancy Evaluation and Researching Building User Experience” was published in September 2023.

Josh Artus, Centric Lab

Josh Artus is the Healthy Places & Urban Strategy Lead at Centric Lab, a neuroscience lab creating radical infrastructure for communal healing.

The Lab’s primary role is to use environmental data, neuroscientific research, and embedded justice and equity principles to work with place changers, policy writers, and community groups to advance quality of life and health. Josh has been working at the intersection of real estate x communities x placemaking since 2008.

Tree Hall, Charity IT Leaders

Tree Hall is an openly autistic CEO, passionate about supporting neurodiversity and inclusion in employment and increasing opportunities and accessibility for neurodivergent adults in the workplace.

Tree joined Charity IT Leaders in March 2019 as Business Manager, becoming the organisation’s first CEO in May 2020. Charity IT Leaders supports current and emerging charity technology leaders through networking, knowledge sharing and professional development, and helps charities to leverage the best outcomes from their technology and digital estate.

Maddy Woodman, PTHR

I’m Maddy, and I’m dedicated to helping organisations achieve their people goals through innovative solutions.

I’m a strategic consultant with a passion for driving tailored solutions and impactful interventions. My approach involves deep client engagement, innovative ideation, comprehensive programme design, and the integration of cutting-edge research in behavioural science and organisational psychology.

I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (Associate of Leadership & Management Faculty, Member of Division of Occupational Psychology, and the Division of Coaching Psychology), the Association of Business Psychologists, and an Associate of CIPD.

Ann Beavis, Crown Workspace

Specialising in sustainable development, Ann played a key role in setting up a sustainable services division for Crown Workspace that delivers socially and economically responsible services for the effective management and clearance of office furniture and IT equipment.  She now leads the Crown UK&I Group Responsible Business and Net Zero Plan.

Ann sits on the Business in the Community Circular Economy Task Force and contributed to their work on developing a road map for a more circular economy. She is also a member of the IWFM Sustainability Special Interest Group and led the association’s work on social value.

Sara Edwards, Government Property Agency

Sara Edwards is the GPAs Workplace Experience Change Manger. She has 16+ years experience in the Civil Service and has specialised in change management.

In her current role Sara gets to marry her passion of curiosity, people and change – helping Government departments understand why true workplace experience is about people and place in equal measure.
